I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and the Learning Matter Lab at MIT, funded by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation. I am working on generative models and their application to materials science.

I obtained my PhD in machine learning in November 2025 from Linköping University where I was supervised by Professor Fredrik Lindsten. My thesis concerned deep learning methods with the discovery of new materials being the main motivation. This resulted in works related to graph neural networks and diffusion models published at NeurIPS, ICML, and AISTATS.
